About

Hi I’m Sandi – nice to meet you!

I live in Missouri, USA but originally hail from a small town in Illinois called Mattoon.

Family is very important to me. I have a son, plus I am a huge dog lover and have had dogs in my life for a long time. Right now I have a Havanese puppy named Benny, who is now 9 months old. I love taking him on walks every day!

I have also been a dog groomer since 2009, which I now just do on the side.

I love exercising at least 30 minutes per day, watching good movies and binge-watching series such as crime documentaries and shows like The Deadliest Catch, Alone, and any Gordon Ramsay shows, going to Silver Dollar City with my friend Jeni, and just hanging out at home with my son and my dog.

I also love listening to music and love to read when I have the time for it. I also play piano by ear and used to play in church when I was younger.

My favorite foods are anything Mexican, seafood, pizza, and I love snacking on popcorn.  I make a homemade pizza that is low fat and healthy.  I make my tacos at home with ground white turkey and they are also very healthy.

And finally, I specialize in helping people to heal inflammation naturally, so they can live their best life. I know the last one is a little different and doesn’t really fit in with the rest of them, so let me explain.

I have had more than my fair share of inflammation throughout my life.

When I was 14, a girl I knew pushed me into a frozen snow pile, bruising my right hip and causing pain and inflammation in the middle of my back, making it hard to breathe.

After taking some X-rays a few years later, my doctor told me my right hip had been twisted and I had a subluxation (partial dislocation) in the mid back area.

Plus, the weight from being pregnant caused my back to get even more inflamed and that’s why I had the pain.

Then, a few years ago, I dropped a bottle of shampoo on my right foot in the shower. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but later it was bruised badly and hurt a lot. As it healed, the bruising subsided but the pain continued for months and months.

I kept thinking it was just going to take some time to heal and go away eventually. But it hurt so bad that if anything touched that area, the pain was unbearable. This wasn’t the way I wanted to live, so I did something about it…

First, I went to a chiropractor to ease my inflammation in my back. While the first few sessions helped to take the edge off, I went for a few years without much change, and only the promise that “it will get better” (while they continued to pocket my hard-earned money!).

Yet I still had pain in my middle back that pushed toward my chest and made it hard to take deep breaths.

Next, my doctor discovered I had some arthritis that had set into my foot, and he suggested surgery to shave off some bone by the big toe area.

Yikes! I didn’t want surgery, so he did a cortisone shot into it.

I had this done three different times, but nothing changed. Walking was hard because my right foot would start aching, which made it painful to visit local places with my friends.

I eventually decided enough was enough, took my health into my own hands, and became obsessed with finding a solution.

After this revelation, I had 3 main goals:

  • First, to find something simple and proven that would alleviate my pain and inflammation.
  • Also, to avoid having surgery or cortisone shots for the rest of my life, and instead find something natural that wouldn’t hurt me or cause side effects.
  • And finally, to be able to go back to actually enjoying my life!

But here’s the moment that changed everything.

After sifting through pages and pages of medical studies, I discovered how turmeric can help with pain and inflammation. I decided to purchase some and try it for myself.

I thought, “what if this is the answer I’ve been looking for?”.

I wasn’t expecting much, but coupled with some other steps I learned, it really did make a difference in my inflammation. I couldn’t believe it!

This got me thinking. If one simple ingredient can make this much of a difference, what if I tried multiple things and turned it into a simple routine? So that’s exactly what I did…

What happened next was incredible.

Although I thought my pain and inflammation would never go away, my foot and back started to feel almost normal again.

The funny thing was, I didn’t notice that my foot wasn’t hurting so much at first.

I was so used to it hurting that when it stopped I really couldn’t believe it. But it actually worked, and my foot felt so much better than it had in years!

After my friends and family started noticing my new lease on life, I started helping them with their inflammation, too.

This led to me helping people all over the world to heal their inflammation naturally and get their life back – and I love seeing people experience the same life-transforming results I had too.
